After you have successfully placed your order with www.bitmolab.com. Your order will be confirmed within 48 hours, and you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products or countries and regions due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types (such as military addresses (APO/FPO) and some islands) that some carriers cannot deliver to.
Brazil's current overseas import policy mandates that all inbound goods undergo customs inspection and will be subjected to import taxes based on the category and value of the goods. If you place an order on our website, it is assumed that you are willing to bear the taxes that will be incurred. We will assist in notifying you and provide tax payment guidance after your package arrives in your country. Please follow the guidance and pay the taxes at that time to receive your goods. Bitmolab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
For mainland China & Taiwan China customers, please use Tmall to place your order. Hong Kong, Macao, please include your name, ID number and shipping address in traditional Chinese.

Processing & Delivery Time
Order Processing Time
In addition to force majeure, the current processing time for all orders takes 2-4 working days. If your product does not meet the conditions for delivery within 3-5 working days, you will see our notice for the delivery time on the product page before purchase.
Shipping Time
From 7 to 12 business days, depending on the product you purchased and your location, we will ship the goods to you. (From the date of shipping, pre-sale items excluded).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2-3 days. Please check shipment status via https://www.17track.net/
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bitmolab is not responsible for any custom and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancel or Change An Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay.
Unfortunately,we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. However, we will always try, and if we’re unable to do so you can through our Returns process.
Notes:
- If the customer provides the wrong address or fails to promptly retrieve the package, resulting in the loss or irretrievability of the package, the customer shall bear the loss. Bitmolab will not replace the order or issue a refund.
If the parcel was delivered by courier but you didn't get it.
Please firstly reach out to the respective logistics company for verification. Please note that Bitmolab cannot be held accountable if the address onthe shipping label matches the one provided in your order.While we strive to support any lost delivery claims, it's essential tounderstand our limitations.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
